Below is an example of our restoration process. As you can see from the bottom (Before) photo, this 3rd state Butcher has actual scratches and pronounced horizontal lines cause by the trunk application process by the Capitol Records factory. Additionally, there is significant glue residue which can be pretty nasty as seen near the top border. This restoration process is painstaking and can be even more critical than the actual peeling process in some instances. Although the color appears makedly different between the two, this is only a result of the cover being photographed by different cameras under different lighting circumstances. As you can see, the results are like night and day.
